TLog のプライバシーポリシー （日本語）

本ポリシーは、モバイルアプリケーション「TLog」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて説明します。本アプリの運営者（以下「運営者」）は株式会社PENQEです。

1. 収集する情報 本アプリは、主に端末内で動作し、次の情報を取り扱うことがあります。

   • ユーザーが入力・保存するデータ（トレーニング記録、メニュー、体重、メモ、目標設定、カスタム単位など）
   • 写真データ（ボディ進捗写真など。カメラまたはフォトライブラリから取得した場合）
   • 端末設定に関する情報（通知の可否、表示言語・テーマなどのアプリ設定）
   • 広告配信に必要な情報（Google AdMob 等を利用する場合。広告識別子、端末・ネットワークに関する情報など。詳細は各事業者のポリシーに従います）
   • 購入情報（広告削除などのアプリ内課金。決済自体は Apple / Google が処理します）

   本アプリは、会員登録のための氏名・メールアドレス等のアカウント情報を必須としては収集しません。

2. 利用目的

   • トレーニング記録・進捗管理など本アプリの機能提供
   • 通知（リマインド等）の配信
   • 広告の表示（未購入時）および広告削除購入状態の管理
   • 不具合対応・サポート対応
   • 法令に基づく対応

3. 保存場所と通信 トレーニング記録や写真などの主なデータは、お客様の端末内に保存されます。運営者が提供する独自のクラウド同期サーバーへ、記録データを自動送信することはありません。

   ただし、広告配信・アプリ内課金・OS の標準機能（通知、写真アクセスなど）に伴い、端末と外部サービス間で通信が発生する場合があります。

4. 第三者提供・外部サービス 運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の記録データを第三者に販売しません。

   本アプリでは、機能提供のために次の外部サービスを利用することがあります。

   • Google AdMob（広告配信）: Google プライバシーポリシー
   • Apple App Store / Google Play（配布・アプリ内課金）

   これらのサービスにおける情報の取扱いは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

5. 権限について

   • カメラ / 写真: ボディ進捗写真などの登録のため
   • 通知: トレーニングリマインド等のため（許可時のみ）

   権限は OS の設定からいつでも変更できます。

6. データの削除 アプリ内の削除機能、またはアプリの削除により、端末内のデータを消去できます。アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されていた記録も削除されます（端末のバックアップに残る場合を除きます）。

7. 子どもの利用 本アプリは、子どもから特に個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。保護者の方でご心配な点がある場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

8. ポリシーの変更 本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新日を改定します。

Privacy Policy for TLog (English)

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application “TLog” (“the App”) handles information. The App is operated by PENQE Inc. (“we”).

1. Information We Handle

   The App runs mainly on your device and may handle the following:

   • Data you enter, such as workout logs, menus, body weight, notes, goals, and custom units
   • Photos, such as body progress images from the camera or photo library
   • App settings, such as notification preference, language, and theme
   • Advertising-related data when Google AdMob is used (for example advertising identifiers; see Google’s policy)
   • Purchase status for one-time remove-ads purchases (payment is processed by Apple or Google)

   The App does not require an account with your name or email address.

2. Purposes of Use

   • Providing workout tracking and related features
   • Sending reminders when notifications are enabled
   • Showing ads (if not purchased) and managing remove-ads entitlement
   • Customer support and legal compliance

3. Storage and Transmission

   Your main workout data and photos are stored on your device. We do not operate a custom cloud sync server that automatically uploads your logs.

   Communications may still occur for ads, in-app purchases, and OS features such as notifications or photo access.

4. Third Parties

   We do not sell your workout logs, except where required by law. The App may use the following services:

   • Google AdMob (advertising): Google Privacy Policy
   • Apple App Store / Google Play (distribution and in-app purchases)

   Their privacy policies apply to their processing.

5. Permissions

   • Camera / Photos for body progress images
   • Notifications for reminders (only if allowed)

   You can change these permissions in the OS settings at any time.

6. Deletion

   You can delete data in the App, or by uninstalling the App (except data retained in device backups).

7. Children

   The App is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns, please contact us.

8. Changes

   We may update this policy from time to time. When we make an important change, we update the date on this page.
